On this page we define the [ Rules and Regulations ] for Visitors and Registered Members.



  1. By visiting this website or by registering as Member, you acknowledge to have read and understood the [ Rules and Regulations ], our [ Terms ] and our [ Privacy Policy ] and to agree with these conditions.
  2. This is an 'open' website, which means that anybody is allowed to read its content.
    This also means that it is possible that minors will visit this website and that they will read its content.
    Therefore, it is advised to refrain from adding content of denigrating, discriminating, insulting, (extreme) violence or pornographic nature.
    If such content (images, movies, sounds, text) should be found, it will be Moderated or Edited and pornographic content or links to such content will be removed.
  3. The Administration Team of the website is not and can not be held responsible for illegal content placed on the website.
  4. If illegal content should be found on the website, such illegal content should be reported to the Administration Team forthwith.
  5. Illegal content will be moderated, edited or removed as soon as detected by - or reported to - the Administration Team.
  6. Accounts, related to the placement of illegal content will be banned or blocked without prior notice to their owner.
  7. We urge members to show respect and good manners towards eachother.
  8. Members that do not maintain the above rule, risk being banned or blocked without prior notice.
  9. Any person, aged 12 or older, may register for an account. Registration is FREE.
  10. A single person may register for multiple accounts with the same emailaddress.
  11. The emailaddress provided in the registration-form must be valid and will be validated.
    If the validation of the emailaddress fails, the registration can not be approved and the account will not be acessible and eventually removed.
  12. A (personal) account gives a person access to the following FREE services and/or features:
    - Profile Control Panel.
    - Personal Message Centre.
    - (Minimum of 25 and a flexible maximum of 50 messages or more per session)
    - Personal Home Pages.
    - (Maximum of 10 pages via Personal Content Management System)
    - Participation in Topics.
    - (Unlimited number of entries)
    - Site Specials (Members-Only Features).
  13. An(y) account is considered Personal, and Members are urged NOT to disclose their Personal Password to others.
  14. Members are urged NOT to disclose personal information such as their phonenumber or home-address to others.
  15. Visitors will be able to send (and/or reply to) 5 Personal Messages per session.
  16. Visitors and Members will not redistribute or republish the website's content without prior written permission from the Administration Team.
  17. If a members fails to 'Log on' successfully in 5 consequetive attempts, the account will become 'Locked'.
    A 'Locked' account will automatically 'Unlocked' after 24 hours.
    The lockout is logged in our logfiles.
  18. An account that is not used over a period of 3 months or more, will be set in a 'Suspended' state.
    A 'Suspended' account can be reactivated by using the [ Reactivation Request ] form.
    If the account remains 'Suspended' for another period of 3 months, it will automatically be set to 'Inactive'.
  19. An account that is not used over a period of 6 months or more, will be set in a 'Inactive' state.
    An 'Inactive' account can be 'Reactivated', when the original registered Member provides sufficient proof of ownership in writing.
    Sufficient proof of ownership will be a copy of the original confirmation message send to the Member upon registration.
  20. If a member is found to have participated in illegal activities or misbehaviour in accordance to these [ Rules and Regulations ], the account(s) of this member will be set to a 'Banned' state.
    'Banned' account(s) can only be reactivated by the Administration Team if they receive a written request from the Registered Member stating his/her credentials and the reason why this Registered Member believes the account(s) should be 'Unbanned'. 'Banned' accounts will be automatically set to 'Blocked' after a period of 3 months.
  21. If an account becomes 'Blocked', it will not be reactivated by the Administration Team.
  22. The content of the website is monitored and maintained by the following entities in the following order:
    'Admins', 'Moderators', 'Editors', 'Members'.
    Whereas Admins always overrule Moderators, which always overrule Editors, which always overrule Members.
  23. In case there is a dispute about any of the above, the Administration Team's judgement is final.
    This judgement is the sum of opinions gathered in a special meeting between the Admins and Mods.
